transcript.py - Tool to Transcript Audio Files into a text format using PowerShell and Python.

This tool is available as an EXE or as individual scripts. Please note that a Windows System MUST be used to use the scripts/EXE.

While you may use the scripts themselves, use the EXE for simplicity.
