Bumps the GitHub Action pins in the build/release workflow to the current recommended set:
actions/checkout@v6(andsetup-node@v6/ node 22 /mcpb-pack@v3where present).@v4runs on the deprecated Node 20 action runtime (GitHub forces Node 24 on action runtimes June 16, 2026);@v6runs on Node 24 and clears the warning. Mechanical CI hygiene per the optimistic-update convention now documented in the repo group's CLAUDE.md.
