GitHub deprecated Node.js 20 actions effective 2026-06-16. - actions/checkout: v4 → v5 - azure/setup-helm: v4 → v5 Both v5 lines are first releases on Node.js 24 and are API-compatible with the v4 inputs we use (no breaking flag changes for our calls).
