These backends exist for the purpose of benchmarking; it's too high of a maintenance burden to keep them API compatible as I add more features to the UringMulti backend.
LinuxCanFrame corresponds to the Linux can_frame struct. I'll have an augmented CanFrame struct in the future that adds additional metadata.
