This PR fixes a bug which resulting
save_to_pathbeing ignored indownload_data(). Nowsave_to_pathis passed on tobulk_download_aiddata()to make sure it is taken into account.Additionally,
_save_or_return_excel_files_from_contentwould save a parquet file with an.xlsxextension, which corrupted the file. The AidData file is now save as a parquet file with.parquetextension to make sure it can be read properly.
