Description
Reference ticket: HYRAX-1973
Marcus White contributed systemd files for the BES. I checked and I think we should use these, but right now they might delay getting recent builds to PROD. I moved them to a new top-level directory with a README explaining what they do and where they came from. We can switch from the older chkconfig and its /etc/rc.d scripts when less of our production build process is in upheaval.
