As opposed to iOS, on Android we don't have a evalAsyncJavaScript function (at least for GeckoView). Thus we have to make use of the WebExtension API to do that with a background script
There can still be problems with antibots that check for global values (in case we declare stuff with var) and whatnot, so this is not full proof against antibots
