Add "Cargo Cult Religion" to B floor of ORI

I think everyone who has reached "ORI level" has independently deduced this in one way or another (although may not agree 100% with my phrasing here?)

Everyone in ORI has discovered one way or another the truth that ancient religions were trying to express from first principles. If religion was being created from scratch in modern times, we would call it "the science of alignment", of which AI alignment is a small subset.

It is hard to talk to people who don't yet understand this. I consider them "below the B floor", and one of my TODOs is writing a series of essays that brings people up to this level, because I think (1) it is true, and therefore (2) everyone can be brought up to this level, or will get there on their own eventually. This is part of why I think spending time doing science communication for Sam's God Conjecture is good for all of ORI

The phrase "cargo cult religion" is meant to package this entire concept in one succinct phrase. It's like a scissor statement because it triggers two distinct reactions:

• wait, isn't ALL religion cargo cult?? what else is there other than blindly following rituals on faith?
• Ah! Clever! You are using Feynman's "cargo cult science" to show that religion ALSO has "cargo cult" institutions, and to differentiate it form the REAL truth seeking religion
