- Create, edit, list and show-pages work. - Delete multiple regions from List.tsx works, and reasonable errors are issued if any of the regions are associated with a participant - Delete single region from Show.tsx works but two error toasts are displayed if the region is associated with a participant. - Permissions have been updated to match those of user management. - The code passes the prettier check and the lint check.

Regions management UI first version with search, filter, pagination, create, edit and delete implemented. Regions management is accessible through button/link in dashboard sidebar.
Also includes permissions for management of regions. Currently only admin user has all permissions.
