Adds the Wikidata reference for Al-Hawash Private University using Wikidata item Q12204421. The item matches the university by English and Arabic labels and provides a source-backed centroid, so this PR also updates the cleanup coverage counts.

Verified Wikidata entity Q12204421 against the Al-Hawash Private University record. The change is source-backed, scoped to a single record, and the updated references and metadata are consistent. Validation passed. Approving.
