Rewrites the README with a clean, professional layout optimized for contributor engagement and readability.

  • "Why OpenAgent Eval?" section with concise value propositions
  • Clean feature table replacing verbose bullet lists
  • Collapsible metric details using <details> tags for retrieval, generation, performance & cost
  • Simplified CLI reference — only essential commands listed
  • Contributing section with fork/PR workflow
  • Community section linking docs, issues, and discussions
