How To: Open Refine

This week we are going to do an in-class activity using Open Refine - a browser-based tool for cleaning data.

You can download the latest version by clicking on your operating system below.

• Windows: Download, unzip, and double-click on openrefine.exe. If you’re having issues with the above, try double-clicking on refine.bat instead.

• Mac: Download, open, drag icon into the Applications folder and double click on it.

• Linux: Download, extract, then type ./refine to start.
