[codex] Curate June world model updates

Summary

• update the curation verification date to June 13, 2026
• add sixteen reviewed world-model entries across driving, robotics, navigation, WAM/VLA, humanoid control, multi-agent simulation, JEPA planning, 3D/4D scene memory, rollout backbones, and benchmarks
• keep the update selective: arXiv keyword-only hits, low-signal single-paper variants, pure video-generation items, and broad autonomous-driving/perception papers without a clear world-model role were not integrated
• reviewed the post-last-run window; arXiv had no new world-model submissions after 2026-06-12T16:01 UTC, so the extra additions come from stricter review of the June 11 candidate batch and the newly pushed external awesome list
