Housekeeping — docs/ had gotten cluttered, and the five standard-driver FHSS series notes form a natural group. Moves them into docs/experiments/:

  • kernel-channel-switch-baseline.md (exp 1)
  • kernel-channel-switch-offload.md (exp 2)
  • mcc-fcs-investigation.md (exp 3)
  • dwell1-ab-injection.md (exp 4)
  • n-channel-hopping.md (exp 5)

Pure move — no content changes. git mv (tracked as renames) plus every reference rewritten: the README index, CLAUDE.md, the DeviceConfig knob doc, the Jaguar2/Jaguar3 code comments, examples/dwelltx, and docs/frequency-hopping.md, plus the one intra-doc link that now needs ../fhss.md. Cross-links within the set are unchanged (same directory); every link verified to resolve. ctest 36/36.

The five standard-driver FHSS series notes (baseline, firmware offload,
MCC/FCS, dwell-1 A/B, N-channel) clustered docs/ enough to warrant their
own subdirectory. Pure move: git-rename the five files and rewrite every
reference — README index, CLAUDE.md, the DeviceConfig knob doc, the
Jaguar2/Jaguar3 code comments, examples/dwelltx, and docs/frequency-hopping
— plus the one intra-doc link to ../fhss.md. Cross-links within the set
are unchanged (same directory). No content changes.
