docs: move the FHSS experiment notes under docs/experiments/#325

The five standard-driver FHSS series notes (baseline, firmware offload, MCC/FCS, dwell-1 A/B, N-channel) clustered docs/ enough to warrant their own subdirectory. Pure move: git-rename the five files and rewrite every reference — README index, CLAUDE.md, the DeviceConfig knob doc, the Jaguar2/Jaguar3 code comments, examples/dwelltx, and docs/frequency-hopping — plus the one intra-doc link to ../fhss.md.
