- Refactor CI configuration to remove x64 workaround for macOS, enabling native ARM builds.
- Update .NET SDK version in release workflow and adjust package names to lowercase.
- Enhance CMake scripts for better handling of vendor packages and .NET host detection.
- Remove deprecated Rosetta-related code from the source.
- Update README to reflect changes in macOS support and vendor package handling.
