Kernel target + single-process test_timer app + interrupt object (IRQ 44). Stub app passes trivially; harness verified to detect both PASS and FAIL.

Runs the orchestrator's timer bookkeeping on an emulated AST10x0, checking it works with the real system clock and kernel wait call: deadlines expire in order, resets replace, and signals cancel timers correctly.
