This PR updates the
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATEdirectory to match those ingsm.utilsas well as the.github/CONTRIBUTING.mdand adds.github/worflows/r-releaser.yamlto align with gsm.utils templates. Please ensure any existingContributing Guidelinesvignettes are removed from the vignettes folder and the pkgdown site.
