Hey folks!
I am not super confident about the proposal.
I think it should give clearly an idea about the importance of the tasks included in the proposal ..
and it seems that there is no any open call for Letters of Inquiry.
The Foundation is not currently accepting open calls for Letters of Inquiry.

so I would try other opportunities instead.
