PurchasedTime is now auto-populated from the contributing .lua file's last-modified time, so the Steam library's date-added/recently-added view shows meaningful, stable timestamps.
Incidentally fixes Family Share: EAppReleaseState Released not applied,stuck as PreloadOnly / Prerelease #31.
