- fix /undo not resetting the prunes that were done in the undo'd turn
- remove edit/write from elibigle tools to prune, behavioral issues
- do not auto remove compress summary tool part, behavioral issues
- do not allow models to halcuniate prunes for tools that were previously pruned, leading to a deceptive notification
