Remove the outdated workflows for the docs updates.
...We should add something back in the future that performs the codegen against any PR and injects that into a stripped down version of the docs repo and publishes that for preview.
TODO: We can safely tear down the buckets, IAM roles, and cloudfront initially set up for the schema docs preview in us-east-2. With major thanks to Vic for having set this all up in the beginning 🙇 — we now have this implemented for all repos available at staging.overturemaps.org/REPO_NAME/pr/PR#.
TODO: Determine the right integration between scheam codegen and docs (manually done for now)
