This PR adds a reference to the newly available OSS simulation tutorial inside the driver chapter of the Application Developer Training. The link points to the official MORYX Framework documentation and provides additional background about how simulation drivers work, how ISimulationDriver is structured, and how simulated hardware behavior integrates with cells.

In here the communication is encapsulated.

As there are many different ways to communicate, there are also many different implementations of drivers.
Common interfaces for drivers are `IMessageDriver<TMessage>` and `IInOutDriver`.

Not your issue, but as it is right next to it please search and replace all mentions of IMessageDriver<TMessage> with IMessageDriver. The type is not generic anymore in MORYX 10

## Simulated InOutDriver

You will start with the ColorizingCell. Since the cell isn't finished yet, the manufacturer wants you to simulate the communication first.

I would suggest using

Note

Highlights information that users should take into account, even when skimming.

and i would suggest placing it here. In the paragraph you placed it currently, there had not been any mentions of simulation yet. Hence, I think it is better placed here

While you are at it. Would be really awesome, if you skimmed the whole ADP quickly for other side references. If there are any, placing them also in the note secitons would make it more homogenous 🙂
