Путь лучше в константы вынести, мне кажется.

Добавлен единственный возможный сейчас вариант получения API токена для ScanAgent - через авторизацию по username / password.
Поэтому реализовано вне рамок стандартного формата работы aictl через ctx и с переопределением конфигурации.
