Added support for Bravia tvs using the Bravia integration.
This means you don't need to use the ADB integration for Bravia tvs.
For the moment I've only created a single Bravia supported type and no category.
Every app that was available for chromecast that didn't use special ADB commands, I've updated to be used by the Bravia integration.
