fix: apply public DEMO art direction and owned media

What changed

• Connect the public Premium V3 hospitality renderer to the stored composition variant.
• Restore only owned/licensed HTTPS media from the rights manifest; proposal-only portal images remain excluded.
• Remove internal proposal/rights wording from the generic Premium V3 intro copy.

Root cause

The screenshot-to-code work was wired to the private review path, while /cafe-sosomu still rendered the deterministic public V3 template and replaced owned media with generated SVG fallbacks.

Validation

• Target Vitest: 4/4 passed
• Changed-file ESLint: passed
• git diff --check: passed
• Local full Next build was interrupted after 24 minutes with no output under existing browser load; remote release build remains the final gate.
• External sends and Twenty writes: 0
