What Does This PR Do
Adds a new syndicate kit: The Mob Boss. This kit comes equipped with the following:
This kit is worth roughly 167.5 TC.
This PR also changes the .45 caliber bullet box printable at autolathes to not be the syndicate stamina bullets.
Why It's Good For The Game
More themed syndicate bundles are good. Player request. It does a great service to the mob.
