Prepare wbCorr 0.3.2 for CRAN

What changed

• finalized version 0.3.2 with usethis::use_version("patch")
• finalized NEWS, README citation, and CFF release metadata
• replaced stale first-submission CRAN comments with update-specific results
• synchronized the spelling word list after the expanded documentation exposed a saved-output NOTE

Validation

• urlchecker::url_check(): all 9 URLs correct
• reverse dependencies: none
• devtools::check(remote = TRUE, manual = TRUE, run_dont_test = TRUE): 0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 notes
• exact built wbCorr_0.3.2.tar.gz: R CMD check --as-cran --run-donttest status OK
• GitHub Actions: all 11 jobs passed (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu; R-devel, release, oldrel-1; pkgdown)
• Win-builder R-devel: submitted; email result pending

The repository and release metadata use only the Zenodo concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20357592.

Closes the pre-submission portion of #27; email confirmation, CRAN acceptance, and post-release tasks remain after upload.
