Instead of fixed batch size of 4 it's now automatically sized to include similar power jewels.

The lint error is in a file I not even touched, it seems to be fixed in #8622, I've rebased the PR. |

It does not, it's a worse version of my patch. Not batching by similar power just increased batch limit. |
