Description: Establishes the architectural foundation for v1.3.0, including workspace detection and robust metadata aggregation.
Key Changes:
Fix: detectMetadata() now correctly loops through all registered analyzers (fixing the priority-only bug).
Architecture: Added workspace-detection utilities for native Nx, Turbo, Lerna, and pnpm support.
Quality: Added Vitest infrastructure and CI workflow.
Acknowledgements: Huge thanks to @aolin480. His fork highlighted the critical bug in the registry priority logic and accelerated the move toward proper monorepo support.
Verified with 29 passing tests.
