- Add 64 OL10 molecule scenarios (32 suites x x86_64 + arm64) across pg_stat_monitor, pg_tde, ppg (pg-14..18), and psp
- Resolve image via ${ami_ol10_x86_64} / ${ami_ol10_arm64} (matching the jenkins-pipelines OS-list additions)
- Fix psp/performance_tests ol-10 + ol-10-arm: were pinned to Rocky 9 AMIs / ssh_user rocky; now OL10 / ec2-user
