Used component_keyring_file instead of keyring_file plugin. Used innodb_redo_log_capacity instead of innodb_log_file_size which has been removed from 9.6

Modified tests to use component_keyring_file instead of keyring_file plugin. Modified tests to use innodb_redo_log_capacity instead of innodb_log_file_size.
Tested locally. Tests works fine with encryption enabled.
