Summary

The first capability-statement pass was structurally correct but audience-wrong: it exposed internal attachment and routing guidance on the public site. This revision keeps the old direct style and makes the reader's mission the opening point.

  • Reframe the master statement around the workflow problem, proof, and procurement facts.
  • Add one-page Cyber & Networks, C3BM, and Electronic Systems variants.
  • Remove internal-process copy such as “Attach the PDF” and “Put the mission question in the email” from both public routes.
  • Keep the public site as a concise overview with a real PDF download.
  • Keep the variant PDFs available for direct, audience-specific outreach; the public route remains the master statement.

Verification

  • Four generated PDFs: one Letter page each; current identifiers and evidence present; stale 55-MCP/JCP language absent.
  • Local HTTP smoke: HTML routes 200; PDFs 200 application/pdf.
  • Targeted capability/claims tests: 10 passed.
  • Full suite: 2,421 passed, 8 skipped with jsonschema installed.

The three email drafts naming Amy MacDonough are prepared in the Hanscom packet workspace alongside their matching attachments.
