Summary

The previous capability statement was still too compressed for a real reader: the PDF forced mission framing, metrics, fit, and procurement facts into one dense sheet, and the linked route made the document feel like a text dump.

This pass replaces it with a readable two-page brief and three matching audience versions.

• Page 1: mission problem, Perseus system, audience fit, and first-conversation ask.
• Page 2: measured evidence, procurement facts, deployment boundary, and contact.
• Rebuild the master, Cyber & Networks, C3BM, and Electronic Systems PDFs from one layout/evidence source.
• Update the public route copy to say two-page brief and keep direct PDF download buttons prominent.
• Refresh the three Amy MacDonough front-door email drafts in the private Hanscom packet.

Verification

• Four PDFs generated successfully; each is exactly two Letter pages.
• PDF geometry probe: all text blocks remain within page bounds; no C3Bm label drift or internal workflow guidance.
• Local HTTP smoke: HTML routes and PDF assets return 200 with the expected content types.
• Targeted checks: 10 passed.
• Full suite: 2,421 passed, 8 skipped.

No email was sent. The three drafts and matching files are ready in the Hanscom packet workspace.
