Clarifies the audience-version labels on
/government/after user review:Strongest direct fit— Cyber & NetworksEnabling / adjacent fit— C3BMPartner-led / conditional fit— Electronic SystemsThe section note now states the mapping explicitly so “primary fit” cannot be read as applying to all three routes.
