Merge target is emfcamp#68 needs to be rebased onto main after that merges.
Allows linking venues by name instead of coordinates: e.g. https://map.emfcamp.org/#stage-a, https://map.emfcamp.org/#the-robot-arms, https://map.emfcamp.org/#parking
This means links keep working when structures move between events or are relocated on the map.
Selecting a venue in search also puts the slug in the URL, so any view you find by name is shareable.
If you pan or zoom it resets back to coordinate hash.
