Bug fixes

• 2496_, [Linux]: Avoid segfault (a cPython bug) on Process.memory_maps() for processes that use hundreds of GBs of memory.
• 2502_, [macOS]: virtual_memory()_ now relies on host_statistics64 instead of host_statistics. This is the same approach used by vm_stat CLI tool, and should grant more accurate results.

Ok, this was locked at 5.9.0 because of a dependency with FastAPI-utils (which is pretty key, since it updates everything). There is a PR to update that repo to 7 (fastapiutils/fastapi-utils#360), so I wonder if there is there a way to tell dependabot to wait for a month and see if that gets merged in?
