Due to rust-lang/rust#134272, the
RustcDecodablederive is removed and thus hematite cannot be compiled with newer versions of rustc.This PR bumps
docoptto a newer version to use serde for parameter parsing, ensuring successful compiling on modern Rust toolchains.
