This change refines the procedural drum synthesis engine to better align with the provided DSP research on TR-808 and TR-909 architectures. Key improvements include the addition of velocity sensitivity to all drum models, making the 909 Kick's punch more dynamic by linking pitch envelope decay to the 'tune' parameter, and standardizing all analog-style micro-randomization ranges. Additionally, the default Euclidean patterns have been updated to provide a professional "out-of-the-box" sound.

…ck pitch envelope, and micro-randomization.

- Implemented velocity scaling for all TR-808 and TR-909 drum models (Kick, Snare, Hi-Hats, Clap).
- Adjusted TR-909 Kick pitch envelope decay to be variable (0.05s - 0.15s) based on the pitch/tune parameter.
- Refined micro-randomization for all drum models to match research specifications (±2% for filters/decay, ±1Hz for pitch drift).
- Updated `DrumMachine` and `SequencerLoop` to handle the new velocity parameter.
- Configured default "drum party" Euclidean patterns in the instrument store for an immediate high-quality experience.
- Verified changes via TypeScript type checks and manual frontend inspection.
