Prior to your fix, I do see values for rate questions in the PDF. Where are you seeing the problem? |

This is how the answers appear to me when I download the pdf from a link like this one with plugin version 3.10.2 and Moodle 3.10.11: /mod/questionnaire/report.php?action=vresp&instance=1450&target=pdf&individualresponse=1&rid=5873

How did you get to the step that printed a PDF for an individual response? |

I needed to generate that PDF for an integration with a local plugin I have developed and I got to that URL by digging into the code. I don't know if it is possible to get there through the UI! |

When printing responses in PDF, rate-type question answers appear blank. This pull request addresses the issue by replacing the radio input with the checkmark symbol.
