…. retrieval. - Matlabs quality_mask_vdr is now substituted by combining the total and cross masks when applied. - Target Cat. V2 now depends on quality_mask_607.

Addressing issue #15 and #69.
Added first attempt at fixing the known bug in the Target cat. procedure as well as some issues in the Quasi products.
Additionally, improved documentation.
Warning: There might still be some inconsistencies in the Quasi and Target cat. product between Picasso (matlab) and PicassoPy (python).
