This commit adds the 'Tango' icon pack to the Themes repository, which consists solely of sleek-looking, skeuomorphic, mostly official vector icons from The Tango! Desktop Project, released into the public domain. A small number of included SVGs are unofficial Tango icons from select contributors (these are also public domain). All icons included in this pack can be found at the Wikimedia Commons Tango icons page.

It looks pretty good with other color themes as well:

I'll admit a theme consistently using tango is pretty nice!

Woah! Are we talking about the Tango! Desktop Project or the Tango Desktop Project? (the former seems to be the correct way of writing it from a quick search)
