When forwarder forwards a file to forwardee, the forwarder chatId, messageBox not show bell icon but the forwardee's messages box show the bell icon. This is incorrect. This commit fixes that. Bug: #41 Test: Tested with android devices. But now iPhone is also in sync with android devices.
