- Switch to nickfedor/watchtower fork
- remove /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro (dupe of Env TZ as per doc https://watchtower.nickfedor.com/v1.12.3/configuration/arguments/#time_zone)
- Linting via yamllint and ansible-lint (production)
