- Reorder categories by WF relevance (graphs, DS, maths, geometry, strings, DP)
- Add 40+ new techniques from main tracker to WF tracker
- Remove duplicates and redundant implementations
- Switch to 4-column layout to fit within 25-page limit
- Add KACTL-style headers showing technique names per page
- Set team name to La CASneta
- Make title+description blocks non-breakable
- Optimize spacing (margins, gutters, paddings)
- Sync main tracker with all content files
- Remove duplicate line-container.cpp from DP
