Ollama library for Lazarus, run LLM models on your PC

1. First you need to download Ollama here https://ollama.com/
2. Select any text model https://ollama.com/search
3. Install the LLM model, in powershell type the command for example ollama run deepseek-r1:7b The model will download and can be used in a test application
