Create new top-level Troubleshooting section with four pages: - Troubleshooting overview with quick fixes and topic navigation - Integration Connection Issues (OAuth, permissions, webhooks) - Suggestion Quality Issues (context, style, file targeting) - Trigger Issues (GitHub PRs, Slack, Teams, API) Position between "How to use Promptless" and "Integrations" per IA analysis.
