feat: add ContextLifecycleProtocol to platform group and git watcher#52

Adds CLP to platform.yaml group so it appears in the watcher profile. Adds "Cognition" group to git_watcher.py _GROUPS between Executors and Contracts — ContextLifecycleProtocol is the only member for now. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
