Both assistants' reusable wiki-currency workflows run inside the same PyAutoBuild release run once the autofit wiring lands (PyAutoBuild#138); upload-artifact@v4 names are unique per run, so the autolens check's wiki-drift-report would collide with ours. PyAutoBuild's wiki_drift_issue_autofit job downloads this name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
