autofit_workspace's llms-full.txt / workspace_index.json drifted from scripts (a leftover 'Search: NSS' entry after the NSS sampler removal), failing the navigator_check staleness gate on main. Regenerate via PyAutoBuild/autobuild/regenerate_navigator.py autofit. Fixes the pre-existing red surfaced during the Group B dataset purge (#151).
