Remove MQT QAO and MQT QUBOMaker

Summary

This PR removes the pages for MQT QAO and MQT QUBOMaker.

MQT QAO is no longer being maintained. MQT QUBOMaker is now part of MQT ProblemSolver

Thanks! Because the code still exists out there and we want to avoid duplicated members, I prefer leaving the file and tag it as unmaintained and Alumni. We stop running checks on it and we do not publish it in the website in that state.
